Simon Oldfield is pleased to present Screw Your Courage to the Sticking Place, a new series of exhibitions including a group show co-curated with Julia Fodor aka Princess Julia, a project space with Mark Davey, film programme and solo presentations by Matthew La Croix and Simon Foxall.
Screw Your Courage to the Sticking Place, explores the currents of change, unearthing the elements that come together to rupture boundaries and challenge opinion. We present work by artists who are pivotal in influencing and examining cultural movements and especially queer culture, by pursuing an alternative perspective with fearless clarity.
Focusing on the artistic expression of counter-culture in various forms, particularly in the spheres of fashion, music and performance, Screw Your Courage to the Sticking Place captures the essence of those who look ahead with resolute conviction.
